Number of hotel rooms?

Hello sir or ma'am, long time no post

Sa ngayon po ginagawa ko yung thesis ko, Hotel and resort  located near international airport.
but then curious po ako kung my rule ba regarding s  number of hotel rooms based on tourist arrival? nagsearch na po ako through google pero hindi ako sure kung yun ang accurate rule. Please help me. Maraming salamat po

Parang wala naman limit. Depende sa space available. Check DOTC guideline para sa mga stars. Makikita mo dun mga requirements. Good luck!

Tama si Bokkins, pero check mo din syempre yung lot area mo kasi calculate mo muna yung plot ratio mo, specially malapit sa Airport merong tinatawag na Aerodrome Clearance (allowable building heights)

Normally, may ibat-ibang tawag sa guestroom, pero pag ginawa mo na yung table calculation ang tawag sa kanila is (Number of Keys per floor)
