poea new rule???
mam/sir, verify ko lang kung sino may latest experience sa poea regarding their new rule that if your a direct hire from your employer, you need to pay the tax based on the salary of your contract (employer)? Is this true?

sir mac...regarding sa tax..i dnt think u will shoulder it or u have to pay 4 it.. ang alam ko lng na babayaran mo pag direct hire ka is yung
* medical check up mo..
*yung membership sa OWWA-kasama yung ibang papers like OEC etc..etc..
*yung ibang authentication na sinasabi nila regarding diploma's certificates.
pero sa na experience nng father ko.-bago lng yun.. direct hire kc cya papunta nng Morroco.. nag advise ang frend nya na hwag na daw dumaan sa POEA..marami daw babayaran at matatagalan pa cya..ehh rush na cyang papuntahin.. ang ginawa nng father ko, i knw it was wrong.. nagbayad nlng sa immigration ... im not saying na u hav to do that sir mac...pero kung may maganda nmang paraan at mag follow nng rules..ok lng... pero regarding sa tax based on ur contract, wala ata...
i knw there's no intention bad sa POEA rules....pero sometimes people are jst asking too much from ur pocket jst to satisfy them....kaya minsan rules have to be bended..
try mo rin tanong sa iba sir mac....

Re: poea new rule???
tama sir...masosort pa din naman ng poea ung mga direct hire kasi before ka babalik sa pinas for vacation eh dadaan ka sa kanila at papamember ka sa kanila, impt ang poea lalo na saten ofw mat nakwento saken ung friend ko regarding that na kapag nagkaroon ng war di ka maaabutang ng tulong kung di ka poea member...rules must be follow kaso lang minsan di un nasusunod kasi ung mga nasa government minsan na lalagyan...cubi_o: wrote:mammoo_03 wrote:mam/sir, verify ko lang kung sino may latest experience sa poea regarding their new rule that if your a direct hire from your employer, you need to pay the tax based on the salary of your contract (employer)? @ jenaro....
u wer right sir jenaro.... like wat happend to me also.. direct hire din ako.
d rin ako dumaan sa POEA...yep.magpa member sa kanila s important para ma recognize ka as OFW... kahit na anong mangyari sa iyo sa ibang bansa eh..mayroon kang matatakbuhan sa kagipitan. ang nangyari sa akin.. once i did get my residence visa..or labor card..tska na ako nagpamember..dito na sa UAE. yan din kadalasan gingawa sa mga direct hire people... less expense pa dito at straight forward in business..... .
sori ha.. i jst had a bad experience lng sa atin and also most of my collegues too....

Re: poea new rule???
mga sir maraming salamat sa response, kasi naiopen ko rin itong thread para sa mga ka cgpinoy nating nagaaspire na mangibang bansa, and this issue is very important, tamaan nalang nang kidlat ang mga nagugulo dito, may you rest in peace guys, good luck and god bless to you stupids!!!
anyways, i just inquire everything sa poea kanina. and they only ask if im working already on this company, and i said, last dec pa, then hiningan lang ako nang photocopy nang visa ko and yung orig contract ko from the present employer, then hayun, bayad sa counter nang 1200 for the owwa and phil health, etc charges.
hayun i have already my oec (overseas employment certificate - this is very important before departure sa ating airport).
then regarding sa medical and tax, wala na, i guess applicable lang sya sa mga na hire direct from the phil, meaning hindi pa nagstastart ang empleyado sa kanyang employer.
for those who are on same situation, better to ask poea (722-11-44 or 55).
hope nakatulong, kita kits cgpinoy.org-dubai chapter, hayyy, umpisa nanaman ang trabaho at ipunan, wahhhhh. hehehe...

Re: poea new rule???
i think this issue is last year pa ata na takot nga kami nito kasi renewal ng visa namin kasi direct hire kami..ok naman wala naman sabit sa ngayon iwan ko for this year kong implement pato nga pinas..sa ngayon laki ng tax pag send ka ng money sa pinas specailly western union...meron naman mga medyo mababa ang collection pero may tax na ata pag relatives mo kukuha sa pinas..comments kulang sa goverment natin...gigamit talaga tayong mga nagtarbaho sa abroad..hero talaga tayo nga mga politiko...haay pinas
