Qualifications:

Software: 3ds Max 2014+ (plugins; Vray 3.0/Multiscatter/Scripts)
              Adobe Suite Min. Photoshop/Illustrator etc..
              Autocad 20xx
              
              Optional : Marvelous Designer, Sketchup, Revit and other 2D/3D related softwares.

Skills: 3D Modelling Skills/Flexible 3DModeller(Modify Existing models)/Texturing/Rendering
         Post Production, 2D/Vector Skills.
