Is it Feasible?

Good day Sir,

    Hi! I just want to ask if feasible po ba or ideal na solution ang magkaroon ng basement parking sa isang reclaimed area?
Ang site ko po is sa Pasay with a total area of 1.2 hectares. Problem ko po ngayon is maliit yung site for my proposal and malaki kumain ng space ang parking so I come up with proposed solutions:

1. First is to have a basement parking
2. Second is to convert half of the 2nd floor buildable area of my structure para sa parking

Mas ok po sana basement parking para I can have more space for my offices and recreational activities kaso, since reclaimed area sya . I'm having concerns in terms of structural stability kasi may issues involved like Liquefactions and Earthquakes. 
Baka pag dating sa thesis defense dito sa part na to ako masabon ng jury haha
