hello po... im an architecture student... from divine wor college of calapan... ngthethesis n po ako.. hihingi lng po sna ng feedbacks about my title proposals.... mraming salamat po...


1. Redevelopment of Public Cemetery in Calapan City.. it will be redevelop into a park like cemetery...
   
  -ang issue po is hnd organize ang mga niche sa sementeryo... at isa din nga po ito sa problema ng city government.. my proposed site is the existing site of the public cemetery.. ung ibang mga nitso basta n lng ngsusulputan.. at isa pa npka sikip ng daanan.. kc nga khit mga daanan my mga nkalibing na... then isa p sa problem is security.. in which ung ibang nitso ay binubutas at knukuha ang mga alahas ng nkalibing... gsto ko lng po sna humingi ng advice kung papano ang process or paraan.. gayong npakaraming nkalibing n dpat iconsider sa pgdedevelop... ang plano po ng city government is gigibain lhat.. at full redevelopment... hingi n rin po sna ako ng suggestion kung anong pwedeng architectural solutions ang pwedeng iaaply...

2. Proposed Integrated Cold Storage Facilities

   -this proposal will be located near the harca piloto fish sanctuary... kung saan isa sa pinagkukunan ng fish product dito sa calapan city... there is a season kung saan mrming huli n isda doon... at isa sa kelngan ng city government is the cold storage facilities...  pwede po sguro ito mging daan pra ang calapan ay mging isa sa ng susuply ng mga isda sa mindoro... ung mga frozen seafood n dinadala sa mga grocery store... the problem is sbi po ng professor nmin.. mukhang warehouse lng daw ito.. at papano ko maiipakita ung architectural concept... slmat po.. 

3. Proposed Government Employees Village

  -this is a housing project n ang icacater is the employees of city government and other government agencies... like pnp, deped, dost, etc... nbsa ko po sa hudcc n ang gntong project is ibbgay s mga middle income employees... so tnong ko po kung mgnda po bng gwing proposal ito sa thesis... it will also serve as a retirement home.. s mga government employees n mgreretiro... kung saan un ang isa sa mga benipisyo n mttnggap nila...

Sir Darki did I read that clearly, 'harca piloto fish sanctuary' gusto mong ilgay sa cold storage ang mga isdang pinoprotektahan ng gobyerno na nsa sanctuary?
Its a bit odd  for a site don't you think? another consideration that must be taken into account is the availability of site access? I researched where harca piloto is, but its situated in a island, db? would you really prefer spending all your budget in buying a Boat that has a big refrigerator in delivering all those frozen fish? that wouldn't be an architectural solution.

Tip : Think of the existing problems on your site and proposal. 
secnd: find data that would serve as a proof kasi pagtinanong ka ng jury kung totoo yung mga pinagsasabi mo, they would surely require supporting data.
third: what are your prefered solution to that problem? why is it necessary? state all the facts na magsasabing yun ang best solution na naisip mo
and lastly: state all your research focus and architectural solution.

sir suggestion lang po if ever na ipursue mo itong mga titles mo iapproach mo sya with the urban context in mind - meaning hindi lang data within the vicinity ng site mo yung icoconsider mo also yung mga relevant data na manggagaling sa mga karatig lugar. so i think if ever maaprove ang isa sa mga titles mo na to, e madami dami kang pamamasyal na gagawin  .

yung unang title mo sir is cemetery, then nanghihingi ka ng architectural solutions. i think ang mabibigyan mo lang ng very distinct architectural solution ay yung mga facilities na nasa loob ng cemetery. pero syempre that's just me, kung may maipapasok ka na mga design solutions sa mga nitso eh di mas ok - since thesis naman ito it should be focused on innovations.
since nabanggit mo na problem to ng LGU no edi maganada kung may mga supporting papers ka about this like mga studies, write ups, or baka makakuha ka sa LGU nyo ng docs na makakapagsabing kasama ito sa priority projects ng city nyo po.

yung 2nd title nyo is fish sanctuary related? tanong ko lang diba pag fish sanctuary di pwedeng pangisdaan? since cold storage yung proposal mo, medyo matinding engineering ang involved dito so magreresearch ka talaga sa construction ng cold storage, waste management, transportation nung mga isda, market mo para sa mga isdang nasa cold storage, sino ang gagamit, paano ang return of investment, etc. exciting to sir pero matrabaho.

yung 3rd mo sir is govt employee housing. tanong ko lang dito is may market ba dito? i mean kulang ba ang govt employee housing? or housing in general? yun yung kailangan  mo iprove sir, yung market mo. maganda bukod sa mga data analysis mo mag survey ka din regarding dito.

disclaimer: di pa ko architect po, kakatapos ko lang din kasi magthesis kaya medyo fresh pa ang mga tanong sa utak ko. ahehehe good luck sa thesis sir and God bless!

mrming slmat po s feed backs and tips... malaking tulong po ito sa aking studies.. about po dun s fish sanctuary.. sori po kc mdyo hnd ko naayos ang pliwnag ko.. ibg ko po sbihin dun.. mlpit po sya dun s my harca pilot0.. my isang area p po dun n mkakahi tlga ng isda un area po ng baco chico islet... sori po s maling paliwanag.. inuulit ko po mrming slmat po s feed backs..

regarding po dun s housing for employees.. ang mga housing projects po dito s calapan is puro private.. un pong emoyees village is included s clup ng calapan city...

hello din po  kakakita ko lang po nito.. and we have our own idea about our thesis.. pero kuya as a thesis student importanteng makita ng mga jury mo kung paano ka mag design ng isang structure and plan.. medyo para sakin alanganin yung sa una mo.. un lang
