Lights on my Headlights Empty Lights on my Headlights

Hi there, i need really need your help guys, I'm currently stuck with bit, i can't get the light to render with glare and glow. Mine is the top image, any idea on how to pull off the same effect on the bottom? 
thanks! I'm using V-Ray as my renderer

you can place a vray light(sphere) in the center as a bulb and played around with glow and light flare in photoshop. Smile this is if you are just aiming for a still image.

thanks for your swift response. About that, my image on the top already has a Vray sphere light, you can see there on my render, the photo that has a white circle on the middle, i've actually messed around with the intensity and radius, it only makes the glass white killing all the detail in the headlight with it. Il try to pull it off in post thanks for your suggestion  thumbsup

did you check the material of your parabolic reflector? the material should be chrome so that the source light can be reflected towards the viewer similar to the behavior of light in a real world.

maybe because of your glass material, try to hide the glass and render and see the difference. else, try to use 3dsmax omni light and set as Vrayshadow then apply near & far attenuation to get the glowing effect.
