, Very Nice Sir, But there is something to be consider in your design and you didn't imagine about your STAIRCASE going to 1st step there is an obstruction and might be risky to the occupants ( the Big Sprocket beside your Handrail) and the height of Headroom from staircase to your Beam at 2nd Floor it might hit or bang the head of your occupant. "SAFETY FIRST" to be consider....
