the ceiling is grainy maybe because u did put some reflection(glossiness on your material. if i were you i will not bother to put unless it is specified to be a glossy paint. I think you need a foreground to make this view more interesting. (like an armchair. hehe

I guess the rendering is not yet finished. It was render with the progressive rendering in the new vray 3.0. thank you. Next time I will post a personal project so it will be in final render and resolution.

hehe. i dont know about progressive rendering and vray 3. im still using 3dmax 2010 and old version of vray. all the with your final rendering
