House Designs Needed

Good Day CGpeeps!

I'm building a new website about house designs and floor plan references for Pinoys. Im in need of house designs for one storey and Two storey houses designs. If you have previous designs that are just sitting there in your pc, I'm willing to buy them. If you are interested , kindly PM me. I need at least 1 perspective in good quality and the corresponding floor plan not 3d , a 2d black and white is enough . Kindly pm me for the price for one storey and 2 storey and sample of your work. Please note that it must be your own design to avoid copyright issues, as this will be free to the public to used and download for their own use.

Please note that low price is preferred. This is a price for 1 image so be reasonable. if all goes well, Ill be choosing one to provide me designs in a long term basis, since Ill be building at least 3 websites and need to have a post at least 1 design every week.
