eto rin po ang isa sa mga pinakabago kong design, the Manhattan Business towers, its located at the river terrace, beside the rockefeller park new york city, also near to the WTC complex, it is an office building

NIce concept and design..tuloy tuloy mo lang, you have a very bright future in this field.

ganda din ng design... napapansin ko lang parang hindi mo talaga pinapakita ang foreground? sayang naman... kasi mas ok ang presentation mo kung merong entourage kahit kunti... and sa nangyari sa world trade center i guess hindi yata akma ung twin towers mo dun bro... is this for NYC talaga? or just a personal project? and paano bro ung helipad?

opo personal project ko lang po to, dream project ko po to eh wala po ung helipad, di ko po alam saan ilalagay eh hehe

Louis there are a lot of designs n magaganda and impressive pero there are a lot of factors to consider. one is yung helipad nga na sabi ni sir kiets second is how do you clean your curtain walls we all know that when cleaning these type of windows, its from top to bottom, and if you notice yung last top 4-5 floors is already considered as wasted space dahil too narrow na sya para lagyan ng rooms, sa ibang countries they can spend that much money pero in the philippines i think not. Pero its nice kung may concept ka n develop mo na lang. Your on the right track kiddo.
