paombong conservatory facilities...

here in bulacan paombong is popular in selling a vinegar, i need an advice if this is applicable.i wanna ask din if there is existing vinegar conservatory plant here in the Philippines. i want to develop a facilities that all the need in vinegar making are there. with the application OF GREEN ARCHITECTURE  and another approach that will help in my design.
