Question: Freelance Rate 2014

Hello po sa lahat.

I know this is not a new topic. I'd already back read na po sa mga posts katulad nito but then medyo old posts na sya. I just like to know sir/mam the updated prices ng exterior and interior renderings INTERNATIONALLY. May nagpapatanong lang po and parang naging interested narin ako that's why I'm here.

If you can give numbers, much appreciated po.

*rate of exterior rendering 
*rate of interior rendering
*revision cost

Informing me can also help others din po. Thanks in advance...

My rate is 15 to 20usd per hour regardless anong project.
I rarely accept fixed price projects. If ever milestone payments ito and additional work means additional milestones.

Thanks sir but I'm thinking you posted per hour basis po ata ito para po kasing ang liit. So I see, might you can share din po how much if per image yung pag uusapan. Marami pong salamat.

Sa tingin ko for international clients hindi dapat bababa ng 300usd per image bottom dollar nothing less.
Pwede kang makipagsabayan sa bumbay na less than 100usd pero talo ka rin dito. In the long run they work more earn lesser, you work less but earn the same as they do.
Hindi ako tumatanggap ng client na barat. We're doing technical work and invested time and money rin so wag natin pababaain ang rate natin.

Noted sir. Bale for both interior and exterior na po iyan? Paano kung sa kanila na po manggagaling yung design then iinterpret nalang sa 3D ganon parin p ba? Maraming salamat po ulit.

I think case by case. Depende pa rin sa requirements. Kung ano pinagusapan sa scope of work and get it in writing. Just don't undervalue yourself.

Ah yeah definitely di kasama ang design. Masmataas na singil nun.
I'm not an architect I'm more a 3d janitor pero I'm sure atleast times 5 ang singil pang kasama na design.

I see sir. By the way sir, sa presyong yan gaano katagal ang turn around nyo sa client per image kapag may plans na and i33d nalang? Thanks po ulit.

Lahat naman ata gumagamit na ng presets so medyo halos copy paste nalang ngayon ang archiviz.
Pag rush kaya yan one day. Pero its good practice to have a cushion or allowance kasi hindi lang naman isang project ang ginagawa. Minsan matatambakan ka so its good to do time management sa projects. For simple projects 3-4 days for stills. 2-3 weeks for animations. 
Base lang ito sa experience ko not sure sa iba. Meron talaga nag overload sila ng projects. Syempre super yaman na sila. haha

oo nga kaso mayaman ka nga gagamitin mo lang sa pagpapaospital mo dahil sa sakit dahil kakapuyat. dapat sakto lang para magkaroon naman ng time sa ibang bagay at tao. Maraming salamt sir enlightenment.

Dude ymhon, yung sobra bato mo sakin ha?

May insurance naman kung magkasakit kayang kaya pag kita mo 2 million php annually sa 3d rendering. ;)Di na kelangan mag abroad. Pero yan yung mga masisipag and top 3d renderers.
