looks everything is compatible man. if your happy with those specs, go for it!.   

For your power supply, make sure its true rated.
For me, I will jump-up those RAMs at least 16GB above. (32GB is better)
And will use 180GB minimum capacity of SSD if you want to learn more softwares and plug-ins. Or gaming perhaps..

By the way, If your not using those extra video card slots in the near future, you can downgrade your motherboard if you want.
