Good day mga Masters! Tanong ko lang if mas economical ba ang paggamit ng mga reused cargo containers kaysa sa concrete construction? Balak ko sanang gawing option yun sa housing project namin, tips and suggestion naman po. Salamat! thumbsup

Halos pareho lang, depende lang sa approach. makakatipid ka sa cargo container kung madaming bahay ang gagawin. pero makakatipid ka naman sa concrete kung modular at prefab ang gagamitin.

Ah, balak po kasi naming iincorporate siya sa mid-rise housing namin e. Sa costing, hindi nagkakalayo. Tanong ko lang sa sustainability nito? Tsaka sa thermal comfort. Salamat master! 3 weeks deliberation na namin ! Hahaha hippie

Zero thermal comfort kasi lata lang yan, costing is 120k per container. Kaso kulng n ung 3 wks para sa research mo.

Pwede naman ito. pwede din naman yung concrete. any of the two would do. It's still up to you and to your research (if you have any, which I doubt you did research on this.)

You will get a good low cost design if you did a costing. (which again I doubt you did not.) Pano na ngayon yan. Low cost housing without any costings? Ironic di ba?

I suggest you take this 3 weeks and try to cost you structure.
