Flawless render....
Palitan mo lang yung sitting furniture model sa upper floor, that's good for cafe shops lang...imho.

Nice rendering, malinis and tamang tama lang. Good composition too...
minor comment:
I notice a slight discoloration on your column's joint between your walls. The columns are noticeable from the walls because of that. It could be your AO pass. If not, you just have to make sure that the connections between your mesh are correctly in placed. You can do that by using the snap option in conjunction with your move tool. Like you are doing CAD. However, you have to enable axis constraints by right clicking on the snap tool.

by far.. ito ang pinakamalupit mo bro! kakaiba ang design mo dito, weird but i love it so much. maybe because of the slanting fascia on your extensions. classy! Keep it up bro! perfect for me!
