2 cpu;s running in core i 7 laptop???

hey computer tekies! Why is it that according to the reading I only have 2 cpu's running? my unit is a core i 7 laptop. any answers? Thanks for your help!

what is the Model of your i7? if it ends with U meaning its only Dual Core with 4 Threads..
