Ceiling concrete texture are tiled.
Some of materials are lack of subdivision
Glass railing uh scratch  siguro add trees sa harap or obj. sa harap nito para ma emphasize talga ang glass railing bro . If you look 3rd image yung glass railing ni reflect nya ung flooring (top glass). I dont know if tama ba un. kasi dapat e reflect nito yung ceiling instead of flooring.

hello po sir argel!  IMHO konting chamfer lang po sa edges tulad sa glass railing at sa interior naman konting taas nalang sa subdv ng wood elements.  and the rest very good na po, happy rendering po.
