Nice set of renders bossing. Comment lang po ako sa last image, may issue tungkol sa scaling ng cars, people at vegetation, medyo nakakalito sundan kung icocompare yung mga nabanggit against sa building. yun lang po bossing.

Panalo lahat sir.. Ang gaganda. lalo na yung last image..

sa last image,  2 floors lang po yun plus one basement kaya siguro medyo nalilito ka kung san ka magbabase ng scale,
at first floor & second floor high ceiling po yan sir nakacantiliver lang sa  half portion ng ground,,,
By the way thanks for the observation and tips regarding sa mga issue na ganyan sir,,,

Render 1 and 2 are quite nice. I am a bit confused on the last image though, looking at the scale of the cars and people, it looks like they do not match the scale of the building. The very small lights and balconies (?) and you see on the building suggest that the building is a really big building. However if you compare that to the scale of the people and cars, it is actually a very small building. The dichotomy between the two makes the image a bit confusing IMHO.
