House Plan inquiry

Magandag araw po. Kami po ay nagbabalak na magparenovate ng bahay dito sa probinsya at wala po kaming karanasan sa plano ng bahay. Ang una naming bahay ay walang plano kaya ang nangyari dagdag bawas, kung may gustong idagdag magdudugtong at may tatanggalin. ito po ang ayaw naming mangyari kaya gusto sana naman na magkaroon ng plano ang gagawin bahay. Wala po kaming idea kung magkano ang ibinabayad sa mga architect para magpadesign ng bahay.. Hindi po namin ipapasok sa contractor kasi medyo kapos pa rin sa budget kaya baka utay-utay and development ng bahay, ang maganda may plano at may may sinusunod.
Balak po namin bungalow 3 bedroom, sana po mabigyan nyo kami ng idea.
