Interior
Done in 3ds max/vray/Photoshop... Kindly C & c...
Each render done in 45min at 2000pixels medium settings except for the DOF scene, render time atleast 2hrs using vray camera depth of field...
I modelled the sofa and some other furnitures, got inspired from Arketipo Catalogue (Moving Sofa Model, Carlo Bimbi).

Re: Interior
if you can put skirting mas professional, dahil in reality for sure nde pantay ang tabas ng floor against the wall kaya may mga gap and you can conceal it using skirting. lagay ka rin ng architrave sa door opening and put curtain, para a little privacy. or if you can frost a little of the glass door. Center table looks not stable, konting sagi lang pdeng matumba, or lower it para a little stable. Ceiling lights orientation should be same ng haspe ng flooring para match. rendering ok.

salamat sir.. sa kalagitnaan ng paggawa ko naisip ko lagyan ng skirting but i decided not put it anyway... maganda yung suggestion mo na lagyan ng frost glass but putting an architrave sa door,hmmm.. i dont like it.. siguro pag wooden door iyan puwede ko pa lagyan... iyong table design naman is from a magazine ni model ko lang with the given dimension nakalagay doon... salamat ulit...
