Requirement:
· Proficient in
o 3Ds Max
o VRay
o Photoshop
o Autocad
· Able to produce at least 3 Interior Views within 8 hours
· Ability to follow instructions accurately & produce drawings with minimal errors in a fast-paced environment
· Able to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
Preferred:
· Background in Interior Design or Architecture
· Working Experience in 3D, Vray and CAD.
Advantageous:
· Experience in CAD (Floorplans & Details)
· Experience in Animation
Work Flow:
· We use Evermotion models for 3D models
· Most of the drawing's Resolutions are only 1200px (max)
· Normal HDB or Condo Residential Interiors (3-5 views per da )
· Commercials, Depends how big the scale and the design (1 - 2 views per day)
· Exterior (1 views per day)
Work Samples: (not reallly that "photorealistic" but it must be presentable)

possible ba yun mga masters?
base sa experience ko.. kumakain ito ng oras sa pag.render (the higher the presets the longer rendering time)... excluding pa yan sa pagmomodel mo at sa pag setup ng lightings...

Anyway I updated the post just now and I posted some of my latest works as of June 28, 2013
Just so you know, this is how Singaporean Visualizing works, its a good experience.
Salary depends on how many views you can make, our minimum is 2 - 3 views per day, if you can do more then your pay will be higher as well.
recommended for people who are living in Cebu only, for the location is located at Cebu, Lapu-Lapu Philippines.

3 image 8 hours. wow, mas malupit pa ito sa pinanggalingan ko ah. peace. kaya yan kung merong Monster pc. yung seconds rendering ung 1.2k resolution, walang modeling process sa furnitures,.. hehehe

kaya sa kaya pero gusto mo ba gnyan trabaho sa araw araw na ginawa ng dyos stress out ka?
atleast 3 views within 8 hrs napaka hirap nyan sir, and 3-5 views a day parang araw araw OT yan. kung edit edit lang ng comments pwede yun pero kung start from scratch mhrap yan. modelling pa lang ubos na kalahating araw nyo, set up ng lights materials cams, then test renders pa then final renders, napaka imposible sa 8 hrs. kung ang machines nyo mabilis mag render like intel xeon dual 8 core cpu na 16 cores 32 threads or naka farm kayo, tatlong unit na i7 pc per employee, using 12 core 24 buckets sa rendering mabilis magrerender yun baka pwede umabot pero kung isang i7 per employee eh not possible.

dati nag work ako sa Middle East, 1 scene for 3 days to 1 week.
Pag dating ko sa Singapore I started rendering 1 view for 1 day after 8 months I've been rendering 5 views approx. per day.
Although the quality and resolution is not really the same when i was working in Dubai.
We rarely do some modeling for the sofas, accessories and other stuff cause we always use from evermotion or other finished 3D models templates, but we always model the customize carpentry such is TV Console, wardrobes, study tables and etc.
My current CPU specs is really just the normal one.
i7-2600 @3.4 GHz
8gb ram
HD 4870 Graphics Card
Rendering time (1200px) - 1 view - 20 to 30 mins (normal residential scenes)
When the other PC's are free they can help and make the rendering time around 8 - 10 mintues. ( depend on the scene )
We are a team of 6 right now in Cebu and still looking for more candidates.

pag may exp ka madali lang. yun nga naisip ko kasi sila naman mag fefeed sayo ng design. bale ang part mo lang is i render lang madali nalang yung mga materials kasi meron din ako from evermotion.

possible naman yung 3 views in 8hrs specially sa mga masters natin dito pero para sa mid level pa lamang medyo mahirap. may makakagawa meron ding hindi pero for me di ako pwede sa ganyang standard. base on my experience lang,minsan kasi hindi ka rin nagiging masaya kahit natapos mo on time dahil hindi ka kuntento sa quality na nagawa mo.
