Looking for an expert designer to design my house?

Okey nag sesearch ako sa google about vacation house design then napunta ako sa site na to. I'm looking for someone na mag design ng bahay ko. I plan to build a house in my hometown in Surigao City but i don't know about the design yet. Nag babrowse ako dito at nakita ko andami palang talented na pinoy dito sa forum. Merun na akung nakita na gusto ko similar dun ang style. Yun house area eh 100sqm then yun lupa eh 150 to 200sqm including garage area kasi lalagyan ko din landscape. 
I want a clean , simple yet elegant na bahay. Ayaw ko ng sobrang madaming eklavo kasi vacation house ko lang to at magulang ko ang titira while im not in the philippines. 

I want a house wit 3 bedroom , 2 restroom , 1 garage.



My house budget is 1.5m including interior and exterior. It can be 2 or 1 storey house basta maganda please show me your proposal ang mapipili ko sya ang kukunin ko sa project na to i'm willing to pay for the design

expert designer you need? you need to have big money for the design service.
post the design here? every design proceedings should enter a formal documented contract. you're ok with this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and your location is US. 1.5M for your house requirement? cmon MEN.

Yep 1.5m ang budget ko syempre sa exterior and interior un di ko naman need malaking house kasi i don't have kids yet and idk wala pa akung plan for kids bale vacation house ko lang sya everytime na uuwi ako ng pinas every 3 years  

Hindi naman siguro bitin kasi yun sa pinsan ko 4bedroom tapos 3restroom 1.5m yun tapus kasama nadin interior at maganda sya detached style yun house nila. he is a civil engineer nag ask din kasi ako advise from him. 

Ang gusto ko kasi modern bungalow or bungalow gaya netong design ni sir junie

Hmm not really an expert i just need someone who can design my house.
I posted a sample i saw n this forum. Im not sure if ilang bedroom yang design na bungalow ni sir junie basta ang gusto ko parang katulad nyan 3bedroom at 2 restroom. Yeah i live in the US pero yang ipapagawa kung vacation house eh sa province. Bungalow style or modern bungalow. Gaya din ng sabi ko di ko need ng malaking bahay kasi every 3 years lang ako umuuwi ng pilipinas po basta me bahay lang ako itatayo dun sa hometown ko yun ang gusto ko. 1.5 m - 2m gusto ko din makita yun portfolio ng interesado dito sa project na to. Maiba lang po ako sir, Siguro ho sir mas magandang ilagay nyo po dito yun Contact number nyo and then yun email address po. Para kapag may gustong magbigay ng proposal sa inyo' eh medyo private naman po. natitiyak ko po maraming magbibigay ng proposal sa inyo. thanks po!

I received pm's na dito i tried to put my email above pero bawal daw kasi ang external link eh. I gave them my email address through pm and inaantay ko pa mga reply nila  I can say im so impressed sa mga portfolio nila gaganda.
