hello Cgpeeps!!! paramdam ulit.. :)post lang ako sa ginawa kong maliit lang na bahay... 2 storey, 3-bedroom, 2 T&B.+ carport, bldg. floor area: 36 SQ.M. (per floor)  for a 100 sq.m. lot area...

thanks bro.. :)oo tipid na yan bro sabi ng may ari yan lang daw kaya niya.. Smile  pati roofing niya, c-channel lang gagamitin (rafter type) Yung sa balcony, inverted L-shape additional support lang sa rafter.. Smile  para may konting porma na din... Smile
