Two-Storey Ubaldo Residence Exterior Design

Good day Cgp!
I want to share my latest render, a residential house of my cousin, building design is not mine, pinadesign nya lang sakin ang exterior nya.
done in 3ds max 2012+vray2.1+cs5

Imho doon sa overhang na naka project sa window 2nd floor, mostly napapansin ko pinamumugaran ng ibon ito sa itaas.

Pangalawa dun sa actual construction walang naka abang na dowel nakausli para sa overhang projection i weweld , tendency either magtiktik para ikabit dito or expansion bolt? pag hindi maayos ang pagkabit dito at walang waterstop pagdating ng maraming taon inulan at araw madumi na itong tingnan kasi nilulumot which is napansin ko sa kapitbahay namin...

thanks sa comments sir i really appreciated it, base on overhang projection sir magtiktik po ulit yan at maglalagay ng dowel sa lintel po, with regards naman po sa water stop, in actual po may kunting slant po ang ledge at lalagyan po yan sa ilalim ng ledge malapit sa dulo, ng pipe/tubo as a stopper pra ang tubig po ay hangang dyan lang

thanks sir, naistop yung project sir dahil sa budget din po siguro at existing na po ang building bago nya penadesign ang exterior
