anyways d nga mukhng cityhall kung preferences ntn ung mga cityhall dito sa pinas.. hihih!!! pero ganda galing ng concept.. d ko maimagine kung gnyn ang itsura ng cityhall sa manila... hahaha!!!

kakaiba ang design. maganda sya. pro parang hindi ko magets kung san ang roots ng idea. I hope it will show anything Tagum is rich of. or sana may concept para mas astig.

imho naging interesting yung massing sa high POV (as in perspective), pero pag naitayo na yan, di rin ma-aapreciate at normal eye level (except the sprawling ramp) unless may matataas na areas around the site unblocked by surrounding developments. but since this is a public building, baka interesting ung magiging interior as a result of its form.

I agree with you. Sad indeed.

The design is obviously unique due to a foreign designer, yet the concept is rather distorted in my viewpoint because it doesn't even exhibit a glimpse of the city's culture, tradition, etc. Not unless they considered a local architect's opinion and that mushroom thing or the roof reflects something particular about the city's character. Or am I mistaken when you said Australian "gumawa" meaning contractor and yet the architects who handled the design were our own?

wow sosyal,ibang lahi pa gumawa...sana Pinoy na ang gumawa nito.design is good but not appropriate for a city hall...sana man lang naconsider sa design nila ung cultural&social aspect ng city.anyway this will be the landmark of your city hope it will carry the identity of the city!
