Guys pano ba magcompute ng loan sa pagibig? For example
Loanable Amount 1000000
Repricing Period 10 years at 10%
Terms 10 years
Principal & Interest Php 13,215.07
Ang lumabas eh Php 13,215.07
Di ko alam pano nakuha yan Php 13,215.07. Anong formula ginagamit nila?
Ang compute ko kasi is 1000000/120 months = 8333.33 x 1.10(10%) = 9166.663
Medyo malayo ang nakuha ko. Hehe. So may computation ang banks and pagibig na di ko naiintindihan.

ahhh nag-aacumulate kase yan monthly try this on your MS Excel
formula:
=PMT(A1/A2, A3*A2, A4)
1. sa cell A1 input the interest rate ( say .10)
2. sa cell A2 enter the number of payments in a year (say 12)
3. sa cell A3 ilagay kung ilang years of payment
4. sa cell A4 ilagay ang loanable amount
5. sa cell A5 ilagay iyong formula sa taas
its the basic calculation, and it will varies kapag nagbayad ka more than the said amount kung ano lumabas sa formula. the same thing din kung nadelay or hindi ka nakapagbayad. the computer will generate that amount based on the present status. it will recalculated

Thanks rendermaster. Ito hinahanap ko actual formula kahit estimate.
Kasi baka personal loan nalang sa friend pero ang basis is pagibig computation pero at 6% lang 10 years to pay. Sorry ano ang PMT?

its an excel formula for finance, no define meaning for the abbreviation.
