Panalo ang husay ng render mo Sir..
- Kung fee pag uusapan base mo nlng sa sitwasyon;
marami cases kasi yan;
a. Status ng client;
- kaibigan & etc.
- family relative
- kung may kaya naman singilin mo ng mas malaki
b. complexity of project
- interior
- exterior
c. Time table mo;
- kung rush mas malaki bayad syempre
- yung Service fee mo,better Private message mo nalang mga Master's natin dyan.
