Modern or Mediterranean "Seaman's House 101"

Good Day Cgpips I got here my Seaman friend's house. They were looking into a Mediterranean as their primary design concept for their house since I've been doing modern design from my past project I try introduce modern looking house (minimalist) as second option which makes it hard for them to choose what kind of design that will work for them. Same settings from my El Grande render, C&C are most appreciated. thanks a lot in advance.

Seaman din po ako... mas gusto ko po modern render ninyo...

magkano po budget ng kaibigan ninyo diyan...heheh and ano po actual materials gagamitin doon sa arrayed strips sa wall (front and side).. wood din po ba?

thanks nhelhyn yap its a def character mas bagong trend but they want more on di naluluma ang design.
for the cost PM ko sayo... the strips or lattice could be wood kc wood nag absorb heat pero di gaanong umiinit at space in between will allow the wall to be cooler.

meron channel in between ceiling at glass bale illusion lang yong nakapatong ang roof sa glass ang support was bit hidden sa loob ng ceiling.
