Re: Residential units and Transient Hotel on a 40' container van
Sir,
imho lang nice concept although doesn't seem look from a 40'container van anymore dahil natakpan na ng cladding. Hope you don't mind showing the interior nito if you have lang naman. The rest ng c&c pareho kami ni sir sundance. Render wise very neat and clean. keep on posting.

Color palette is not well executed Sir. Try to make some other Options.
I like the design by the way.

galing nito sir!!!

mmmm, actually mas mahal siya kesa sa conventional na reinf. conc. kc sa cladding pa lng grabe na.. but if we make it simpler, tanggal cladding in and out etc. mas mura sya plus d na kailangan structural...thanks

Re: Residential units and Transient Hotel on a 40' container van
sir.. nice design... pero im just a bit confused... u said that ur client wants container van para tipid.. then u also said, na mahal cause of the cladding, which is mahal talaga... nwei, nice design thouugh... as for the rendering. for me, just too much contrast po... i like the shadows on the second image and the framing on the first image. u did a great job also in ur road.

ung model magaling po. Ayos talaga ung concept!

nice..the owner kc thought na it would not cost him much if he engaged in this kind of building const..until natapos ung estimate..on the 4th nya pa mlalaman ang gud news na mas mahal ang ganito ..not unless alisin lahat ng kaekekan at ma mukha uli siyang container van na binutasan..
slamat..

Re: Residential units and Transient Hotel on a 40' container van
.
this concept is great if you're considering completion time & remember that time is money. i did a collaborative work on one resto 5 years back using 3 container vans. it took us just 2 week to build compared to 3 months if we make it in concrete. that means, mas maagang nagbukas ang business.
we kept the profile of the container van as it is, just painted it. butas dito, butas doon. double wall sa interior with insulation.
(c&c's are not welcome... hehehe)
yes, designwise there is no point in using container van kung itatago mo rin lang naman. but constructionwise, it is a good concept.
