masters, just want to share my work here again, this was done during my free time.
software used was max9 & vray
as always c&c's are welcome!

sir thanks for the comment.. opo gnun po ung effect na gnawa ko, dark po ung foreground para lumabas ung bldg. opo parang manual rendering.. kaso ok din suggestion nyo sir.. noted po yan. salamat sir

pag balik ko nlng ofis post ko ung settings na ginamit ko para bka sakaling makatulong tapos in return masabi nyo rin bka may mistake din ako na nagagawa.. thanks bro

sir jhames i think glass do behave that way even if there is a source of illumination behind the glass it will still reflect even though you can see what's behind it.. or maybe the material I applied to the glass has too much reflection? i'm not sure.. but for me it's ok? thanks for the observation sir..

ay oo pala bukas na lang yung settings sirs.. kadarating ko lng e.. bukas pa ako pasok office.. wala kasi masakyan kagabi.. hehe

mga masters.. eto po yung ginamit ko na settings.. sana makatulong po.. and kung may flaws sir pacomment na rin!

cool design. i like modern type ng house.. can u draw me a house plan? i have 95 sq mtr lot.. it's 8x11.87...
the house area would be 6x8.87 dahil sa front kukuha ng 2m, both sides 1m at sa back 1m.. 2storey at deck sya instead na bubong..

3 bedrooms ( 1- single parent, 1-for 2 girls, 1- for a boy)

kitchen
