Thesis proposal

I am having my RMA class this semester already and we have started to list down our possible thesis proposals and I am thinking about something that will have a great impact in our society. At first I thought about having Home for the Aged as my thesis but then I realized that we are living in a country that values family ties therefore it's not that much of a problem so I thought about Drug De-addiction and Rehabilitation center or Crime Laboratory with Museum.

My question is which of these proposals will have a greater impact to our society?
