how to delete vrlstartservice.exe?

Hello po.
I'm trying to install again my vray but this this always come out. I cannot delete or stop the vrlstartservice.exe.I cannot also uninstall my previous vray..What should i do?
Can anyone help me.Please.TIA..

actually when you re-install vray it will automatically delete the previous one.
if you cant re-install it because of your problem you stated then follow this:
on your keyboard, press control alt del and it will show up your task manager or right click on your task bar then select Start Task Manager.
Find your vrlstartservice.exe under services. right click on it then select stop services.

hindi ko mahanap sa task manager ko eh..
wala pong nakalagay dun..

run your windows in safe mode
or install/uninstall your vray on windows safe mode,,
reboot your pc, press F10 bago mag open and windows para mapunta ka sa safe mode,
and then do your thing,
