started designing this last friday afternoon , and just finished the presentation this afternoon, just want to share to you cg peps out there about your opinion, critics, about design and render. render not enough time but still have finished some perspectives.

Awesome, in the first 2 images, materials seems the same white color all throughout. Or maybe the floor map is just not discrenible due to image size.

But nevertheless, I like all the images....bright and lovely colors.

Concept wise very simple and stunning. Love the avatar idea sa vip conf. imho lang on the plan a 1200mm clearance should be maintain for fire exit. Medyo masikip between walls. You have naman enough space sa waiting area. See marked red.

The rest is fine.. Keep on posting.

basta offices sa beijing bro saludo ako sa iyo... im a fan. :thumbs:tindi pa ng cliente nyu, di basta basta kukuha ng interoir design yan kung hindi pweden mgadeliver.

sir... yahoo nga po... very great presentation... last image.. looks real to me...cant appreciate though the rest of the renders.. kasi daming notes.. siguro dahil lang sa na reduce ung size... i guess sa actual ok na ok tingnan..

salamat bro sa awesome., yung floor e epoxy white finish (very glossy dapat to)
at yung wall e dulux o ici white paint finish.

salamat din bro sa pag pasyal sa topic na to, proposed ko talaga na open ceiling para maximize yung height, mababa lang kasi nasa 2.8 yung sprinkler, halos parehas presyo ng gypsum ceiling at sa white painted open ceiling, mas matrabaho kaso mag pintura ng mga hvac at ng mga sprinkler pipes.

thanks bro, actually yan din sinabi ng bosing ko (MD) " more color sa reception "
stick to minimalist style yung reception, kaya purong white lang muna then sa interior na yung mga colors.

sir aldrin, ganito talaga hinahanap kong remarks sir , ala na kasing mag checheck nito pagkatapos, yung partner ko kasing designer e lumipat kaya solo flight ako dito. 1500mm talaga ang minamaintain kong minimum na hall way kaso pag mga alanganin 1200 ang minimum, kaya 1200 exsakto to sir, maliban na lang sa mga workstation, pinaka minimum ko na e 900.
