Hello po! Smile

I just want to ask about my proposal and it is Subdivision Planning.
Ano po ba ang pwedeng makapapa stand out sa isang Subdivision to make it unique beside the amenities?
Yung tipong yung subdivision lang na ito ang meron at pwedeng maging 1st in our country?
Ito po kasi yung naiisip kong concept pero wala po ako idea na pwede makapagpa standout.

just do a proposal which is possible enough out of your capability both by design and technicality.
