naka.site visit na ako sa isang packaging plant pero i wonder if kung meron bang standard specific requirement regarding sa details sa mga wash tank or anything.. thx

DOLE has nothing to do with it. Check BFAD or any GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. I was on Internship when i did Pascual Laboratories and Ciba-Geigy.

probably do some research on required equipments, the 3 basic zones of any processing plants (black, grey and white zone), laminar airflow requirements, waste handling and disposal.

Sa HVAC iba din ang treatment, dyan papasok ang laminar air flow and High Efficiency Particulate Arresters (HEPA filters), ang interior finishes medyo maselan din, mostly Stainless Steel, any made of Wood in Processing is not allowed.Floors uses Epoxy Coating, if any paint to be used should be NON-PROTEIN BASED, bakit para hindi magsurvive any form of fungus on it. Any production which produces dust the room should be negative pressure, involving liquid production the room should be positive pressure, on highly volatile sustances the room should be negative pressure and should incorporate explosion proof devices.
