3dsmax 2013 Issues/Feedback

almost two weeks na rin gamit at medyo di pa stable gaya ng version 2011. issues like occasional hangs during max shutdown despite installing latest product updates, causes our server/network traffic jam (because of this we've been advised to have an independent 3d file server). file bloating (caused by note tracks) as previous versions solved by 'cleaner' script. medyo disappointing ang customer support sa vendor level pa lang. they had to pass me around several staff and the last person i spoke with just asked me to email him my concerns but never replied back. mas lalo na sa autodesk level mukhang negosyo na ata ang customer support nila (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=19171562&linkID=9241177).
