nice lighting....like what the others say, work on the noise problem...aside from that i think everything is ok (except the water despenser in a bedroom)

about sa design concept ok naman siya... 
add lang ng konting abubut (furniture & accessories) like low table sa may loveseat, some flower vase.. carpet... may be... suggestion lang.
*about sa noisy.... try mo taasan ang value ng subdivisions mo... (like... if using irradiance & light cache)
*lighting--- medyo npataas yta ang intensity/exposure ng sun... try mo mabaan... or if gingamit mo vrayphysical camera, try mo lakihan ang value ng F-stop mo ( try around 11 ) tapos yung shutter speed mo try 80-120 or more.. na fit doon sa ambiance ng scene (desired exposure)... lagyan mo din ng vraylight (as portal link sa sun)... at kung vraysun ginagamit mo, ilayo mo siya sa object mo around 50x pra soft shadow at mas maganda makikita yung shadow sa loob na nag-bounce sa wall...mas maganda tingnan.. or try mo gumamit ng HDRI sa labas (background) mas maganda ang pasok ng liwanag sa loob... environment, background & reflection... mas realistic tingnan....
*masydong dark yung shadow mo... check mo sa colormapping - dark multiplier---try mo taasan value (around 1.25 siguro... or suitable value na more than 1... )...
yun lang siguro...
or perhaps try to expirement another settings...
