Unique concept. but the cars should be safe in the flood too. You can change the Title there's is no FLood proof house.

Good Drainage system is one solution. Flood can reach 3-4 meters or higher.

--smack-dab right in the middle.. Also, water/sea levels will vary; especially if the land mass is sinking annually..

tama, sana sinama mo yung sasakyan sa nka elevate, maybe ramp going up, or 100% waterproof basement wall or enclosed ang ground floor level 100% water proof walls para sa sasakyan. kasi jaan poproblemahin mo rin yung sasakyan mo. ksama yun sa iisipin ng owner ang garahe nya baka lubugin ang sasakyan, carport is part of a house kaya hindi rin na solve ang pagiging flood proof sa concept. pero nice render sir.

kung ung mismong building ang nag-eelevate swack di aabutin ng baha, pansin ko lang ung mga lights sa tubig san galing?

Thanks for dropping by sir, actually I was thinking of a hydraulic car lift at the back for the safety of the cars but unfortunately I was not able to do it. Once again thanks.

Sir tanong ko lang po? paano po aakyat ang lolo kong naka wheel chair dyan?

the problem with this design is pag linagyan mo ng ramp for disabled malaking space ang kakainin nya, the ramp computation is 1 meter by 12 meters. so pwede ka lang mag ganitong design pag malaki ang lote ng client... pero pag maliit, di to applicable sir=)

and tama po si sir cloud over time mag vavary ang water level depende sa location ng bahay... =)

Sir meron isang paraan para maging flood proof yan, gamit ka ng buoyancy, parang yung floating bridge dito sa dubai, yung buong bridge gumagamit ng mga concrete blocks sa ilalim yung blocks meron hangin sa loob para lumutang sa tubig, kailgan umangat yung buong floor area ng bahay kapag mataas ang tubig, tapus ung mga connection mo for sanitary gamit ka ng parang mga flex-y pipes para kahait nag flofloat yung bahay mo sa baha magagamit mo parin yung banyo, tapus anchor mo lang yung concrete block sa ground para hndi xa mag karoon ng horizontal movement, puro vertical lang, sure ako nun sir, kahit gaano kataas ang tubig hndi papasukin ang loob ng bahay mo
