mid rise housing advantages
mga kapatid, pa help naman kng ano ang advantage ng midrise housing over high rise housing. para sa mga BPO workers ung target market pra sa mid rise.. need some ideas and feasibility,

Advantages? it depends naman kase lugar na pagtatayuan mo nun like kung sa MAKATI, sobrang mahal ng LUPA kaya ang solusyon eh HIGH RISE buildings tska yung lupa dun is ideal tlga for the development...
tingnan mo muna yung lugar mo kung ano ang height requirements tapos yung type nung lupa mamaya alluvial soils yan (di pwede ang ganun)
Do you have any idea kung ilan ang BPO workers na iCACATER mo? mamaya kase konti lang at pwede naman yung mid-rise tapos kung naghigh rise ka naman at sumubra ano ang gagawin mo? sayang naman yung spaces
