Proposed Batangas Domestic Airport

Good day, i'm an architecture student po from Bulacan. i need help po, suggestions and any references relevant to my study. This is actually the first time po in this site, my friend told me kasi na maganda daw site na 'to. and as far as i see ok naman talaga. anyway...
approved proposal po sa'min in the "Batangas Domestic Airport", since wala po air service ang Batangas and priority naman sya ng Batangas Government, feasible po sya. Balak ko po kasi, bukod sa tourism matter for Batangas, is to decongest din 'yung traffic of passenger at the airports in Manila, since capital sya,busy masyado and nagiging crowded na specially during peak seasons.
Help naman po about it.Thank you very much.
