Hi mga ka-CGP,
Here is my latest Personal Digimatte Environment piece of a Power station concept. This is now the evolution of Mattepainting, not all the time photos can sustain a shot. A lot of mattepainting BG environments now are done full 3d.
Softwares Used: 3ds Max & Vray
Final Composite with Nuke.

wow!!!ang pagbabalik!!!!! ang lupit mo talaga sir jeff!!!! ang dugo nya grabe...gano katagal yung rendering ng isang frame?

Amazing work sir, If you don't mind itatanong ko lang ang total poly counts and paano mo na manage ang ganyan kalaking scene? 12 mins per frame whew!

Maraming salamat uli sa lahat!
Pedio - 3-4mil plus poly in between. 3plus, just bg and 1plus for the fg. Always work in layers. Split up the scene to about 3 levels, fg, mid, bg in your layers and work from there.
