Thesis (Budget)

ask ko lang po about sa budget, ang propose ko po kasi ay General Hospital, sa ngayon medyo naguguluhan po ako kung sino ang pwedeng mag fund ng proposal ko at saka kung ano mas maganda public ba o private. Though yung iba ay commonsense nalang, pero baka pwede nyo pa po ako mabigyan ng onting idea kung bakit dapat o hindi dapat public ang piliin ko.. halos nasesearch ko po kasi na thesis (hospital) ay mga private kaya wala po ako masyadong idea about sa thesis na public hospital..Salamat po sa mga suggestion.

kng problema mo ay budget gawin mo public o gov't. para wla ka problema cuz that is one of the priority of the gov't as of now..

marami pong salamat sir arlo, actually may naibigay na sa aking lote yung city hall ang kaso lang po ang binigay sa akin ay private property pa pala, ang balak ng city hall ay bilhin ang lupa through loan yata, actually 9 hectares yun pero binigyan lang nila ako ng 2 hectares para sa propose ko,.may proplema kaya kung yung lote ko ay hindi pa pag mamay ari ng local government?.nag suggest ako kung mabibigyan pa nila ako ng ibang site, pero wala sila mabigay dahil yung 9 hectares lang na yon ang priority nila, yung ibang lupa daw ay NHA at private ang may ari.

tinangap ko na din yung lote kasi medyo pasok sya sa concept ko na "healing architecture" medyo malapit sa river at saka mapuno hindi masyadong polluted yung area.

Take into consideration the property in the hand of NHA since it is also a gov't agency, there will be no problem about that., and one thing more, since that's only for thesis which is only a proposal there is no problem with regards to the ownership since it is already under negotiation with the gov't. as long as you have the complete authorization from the gov't agency.

madaming salamat po sa mga suggestions..bale pumunta po ako sa city hall yung propose nilang hospital is expansion lang po pala. kung baga dudugtungan lang yung existing na public hospital,.bale yung 9 hectares na iloloan ng city government ay sa ibang project pala nakalaan..Ang kaso hindi masyadong approve sa professor ko kung ang ithethesis ay about expansion or renovation, kaya naisip ko na private hospital nalang ang ipopropose ko, since kelangan pa rin naman ng hospital sa lugar namin...

Gusto ko po sana isama sa thesis title ko yung concept ko na "healing architecture",...baka po pwede makahingi ng onting idea para sa thesis title ko,...maraming salamat..

Medyo masyado ka ng dependent sa comments ng forum. Konti nalang ang naging time mong nagagamit sa pag-iisip. I suggest you focus on your own since naapprove na din ang mga una mong naitanong.

Private or public hospital, it doesn't matter.

If it's public, the government will fund it. If it's private, it could be by a single person or group of persons or investors.

Designing a hospital is not a problem as well, just follow the guidelines of the Department of Health. And apply your idea of healing architecture.
