Architect/Interior Designer
National Capital Reg - Makati City

Responsibilities:
• Conceptualizes innovative design solutions that will specialize in modern minimalist concept of interiors, Ceiling, Kitchen, Toilet and Bath and material selection and application.
• Prepares presentation materials including 3D Realistic Renderings and material boards
• Executes complete CAD Drawing and Detailing packages from conceptual design to contract documents

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam is an advantage.
• Excellent design sensibility with strong
• Professional, self-motivated, organized, efficient, and capable of working under pressure
• Proficient in 3Dmax/ SketchUp/ InteriCad or alternative 3D modeling and rendering softwares
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
