3dmax, vray installers

Hi everyone! Im a newbie here. Im using 3dmax 2011 with vray for at least 6months. (though my friend just bought the installers in those P50 each cd you can see in the mall. I dont know how the process he used to install it)

My problem is last week, i cant use th vray renderer with the error message: cant obtain license(4096)

I tried reinstalling th vray renderer but with no good. Anyone who knows what the problem is?
