yan na yung title mo yung building type at yung proper noun like lugar or or unique name derived from anything ikaw na bahal mag-isip tapos ang subtitle mo yung research or architectural approach. Anong bago, anong field of study sa architecture ang na-apply mo to solve the problem just to name a few.

-maybe title goes like this " Relocation of Existing Bus Terminal ".

but you have a point!..the robinsons mall was completed ata, and really cause heavy traffic besides the complex Terminal. .

ok ito ah.. magpaka lusog ka lang at..makakayanan mo ang thesis.. jok lang ehe..
sa dormitory medyo critical diyan yung ingay ng bus. mag interview ka ng mga konductor. madami din silang alam diyan.

yung lot po sir is irregular, kung for transcients nlang mga sir?. pwde po ba?.
plano ko po kasi na hatiin sa dalawa ang site, yung isa para sa function nang bus terminal, yung isa naman para sa other functions nito., nakalimutan ko rin po na ang proposed site ay katabi po nang pier dito sa amin, kaya naisipan ko po maglagay nang for transcients.

kung wala naman problema sa funding you might as well consider underground development for noise control, or something related with noise reduction by earth sheltering... although may problema talaga sa combination ng developments sa complex mo...lalo na ang gas station... kahit pa hatiin mo yung site... IMHO lang po.
