Bonds
I am doing a bid for a residential house. Among listed are various bonds.
a. Downpayment Surety Bond
b. Contratcor's Liability Insurance
c. Performance Bond
d. Payment Bond
e. Guarantee Bond
What are the average costs of these? and what bonds are just needed for an average house construction?

Re: Bonds
i forgot the other 2
Performance Bond = 15%
Payment Bond = 15%
Guarantee Bond = 30%
read UAP Doc. 301 The General Conditions
tsaka bago na ang UAP Docs, it's SPP Doc 201-209
yung Doc. 200 ay Code of Ethics.
hope it helps,
