any suggestions lang po about my title proposals at kung saan po mas maganda ang location ng mga ito.. Salamat po!!



1. Smart City: Connecting Built & Natural Environment (eco-city) (probable location - Laguna)
2. Cool Breeze Megaresort (megaresort) (probable location - Tagaytay or Batangas)
3. The Living-Learning Hub (students dormitory) (probable location - metro manila)

Lahat ito feasible and madaling gawin. Very safe itong mga topics mo. Saka project based lahat.

Ang challenge ko sana sayo ay kung paano mo gagawing useful itong thesis mo. Useful in the sense na makakatulong sa pagunlad ng bayan o di kaya makakadagdag sa kaalaman natin sa tekolohiya.

sa first topic ko po, andun n po ung housing, training & vocational center, fitness & wellness center, offices, commercial spaces at dapat malapit sa metro manila kasi ung occupants po ay yung middle class family na makaka-afford ng lifestyle dito.. gagawin ko din po na medyo sustainable ung project.. The idea is to create
new city that will showcase residents and workers new green technologies and
sustainable functions of the complex integrating all aspects of life, considering
resource conservation, reuse and recycling, and mainly living in harmony with
our nature.

sa second topic po, offers unwinding & luxury to the people and big improvement to the city's tourism growth and development.. create opportunities for unemployed residents of tagaytay and encourage entrepreneurship & business.. because of this more farm and agricultural prodocts will be produced..

sa 3rd topic po,, low-cost condo type dormitory,, andun na yung lahat ng kailangan ng isang estudyante. my place din for unwinding and relaxation to have good interaction with other studets.. u p lng po naisip ko s 3rd topic..


any advice pa po,, salamat!!!

Maganda naman ang mga topics mo. Workable as I told you earlier. Actually ganyan ang mga projects ngayon na lumalabas. If you complete this thesis, you can easily work sa isang developer or company na nagmamasterplan.

Any of the 3 would do. If you do it, do your best. Lalo na sa mga computation ng areas and spaces. nandyan ang training na nakikita ko. Sa architecture naman ng buildings, madali lang kasi sundan mo lang ang standards.

This is a project based thesis so whatever you learn here will only help you work your way as a designer or a developer. And very little of an innovator.

Not bad. Architect pa din naman.

Ikaw ang maghanap kung saan yong magandang site,kasi ikaw ang magpapaliwanag nyan hindi ibang tao,kaya dapat pinaghahandaan yan.Thesis mo yan,hindi thesis ng ibang tao.So please pag aralan mo.Good luck
