Simple Residence-Baguio city

Mga master first post ko po ito just a simple residential 3d, kaya pacensya na po kng medyo may sablay sa posting at pa cc na lng po for any improvement.

i like the first image, alisin mo nalang ung car sa harap, ung kalat sa daan di bumagay sa scene alam ko meron mas magandang dahon na model dito sa site, yup medyo thick nga ung canopies sir, 2 columns sa entrance parang rebars ng column na di naconcrete ehe,

First image is good.
I agree with sir qcksilver, the car in front removes the focus from the house itself.
Is the girl figure floating? kindly correct me if I'm wrong.
For the second image, the background is really off, try to make it more unified with the mood color of the building.

toe pointed on the ground due to movement sir,,but noted sir..thanks alot

Noted sir, but that's what the owner wants for that canopy but it's not totally a solid one instead composed of frames and panels..thank you...

you're right about the perimeter column sir, actually the owner wants more roughly in finish just like a naturally poured concrete with metal space frames appearing to be old column and not a clean cut concrete column with frames, anyway noted sir....thank you

yupp pero must prevailing kasi kung madadala mo sa gusto mo ang client.. need din natin i correct ang client.. .mukha kasi mabigat ang canopy kahit hindi solid

As a licensed Arch.& Structural engr. its not a big deal that the client must follow what you want instead it's a big deal that the client must be satisfied of what he/she wants as to be considered as long as safety wasn't compromise...but you have a point in that aspects as a part and sincerely noted sir...thank you...

Nice design and renders sir. Yun lang bg nga ng second image medyo disturbing. I actually think the think canopies work well though. They provide a segmented horizontal character to the design. And if it's structurally sound, then it's fine. Ang medyo issue lang dun sa canopies eh may scars pa kasi sa mga taga Baguio yung 1990 earthquake. Baka may konti siyang iproject na doubt sa mga dumadaan. :-) at least mention that sa client. Cheers!
