13th month pay in saudi and vacation pay
ask ko lang meron bang 13th month pay din sa saudi kung CAD operator ka and kung meron hiwalay paba yun sa vacation pay? kung 15 days ang vacation w/pay okay lang ba yun o kelangan 30 days vacation w/ pay talaga?hope someone can answer.thanks a lot.

1st timer ako abroad kung sakali pero 3 years experience ko as CAD operator dito pinas, thanks

walang 13 month pay dito sa saudi at vacation pay depende sa type ng contrata mo pero karamihan sa mga company 21 days paid vacation ang binibigay.sa benefits naman every a year na matatapos mo may 15 days kang benefits at makukuha mo yan pag mag eexit kana.

thanks po.. ask ko lang yung 15day benefit every year na makukuha sa exit nasa contarata bayun..ang nsa contrata ko daw kasi (pero di ko pa nasisign) is yung Open OT,medical insurance,salary and allowance,free transpo and accomodation. yun lang yung nakalagay kasi.at wala pako VL after 2 years padaw sila nagbibigay nun?okay lang bayun dahil kaya first timer lang ako abroad?pahelp naman.thanks

panu kaya to sabi kasi ng boss nung agency wala daw akong annual leave e wala din sa contract..kaso,nabasa ko naman sa saudi labor code dapat daw not less than 21 days paid VLat kung magdecide ako na wag muna gamitin kelangan lang daw approve ng employer para macarryover the next year? panu kaya to..

hindi ka pa nagwowork laki na ng problema mo.
- anyway. Although the Laws stated the you must have at least 21 days annual leave, but still the every 2 year vacation leave is depends on the contracting parties. so if your contract states you have your vacation after 2 years, the 21 days alloted for yearly vacation is added to your 2nd year vacation. Allowed kase sila na ganun ang gawing contract. Kaya nga may written contract para may mapag-kasunduan. simple lang reason nila, kung ayaw mo eh di huwag mong tanggapin.
- may ibang company naman na talagang yearly ang vacation and its mandatory to use their vacation leave. kung ayaw mong magbakasyon or gamitin iyong vacation leave, doon na papasok iyong decision ng employer na ica-carry over iyong 21 days na iyon to your next vacation or totally void it. iyong iba kase cash-out nila iyong vacation leave... now hindi na
- reason bakit every 2 years ang vacation leave ng ibang company:
1. pagtuntong mo ng Kingdom, illegal alien ka pa in 2-3 months. after that saka pa marerelease ang residence permit mo. 3-6 months is your probationary period. so halos sa ika 6th month mo, doon pa lang nila makikita ang dedication mo. after a year saka pa madedevelop iyong workers-employer relation saka iyong full maturity mo sa work.
2. Lumalabas na kung uuwi ka after a year, and decided not to comeback, its a loss sa kanila. kase ginastusan ka ng employer mo on processing your stay in the kingdom. the processing fee you paid in the agency is not the actual amount they spend sa mga foreign workers. may binabayaran din sila sa kanilang govt. plus the under the ______ payment just to get your visa.

tinanggap ko na bro e ilang company din yung pinagpilian ko yung iba mababa offer, gusto mo ba magapply? dami hiring ngayun saudi CAD operator ibaiba company at agency dito sa maynila, register ka workabroad.ph gandahan mo resume mo.madami tatawag sayo

ang ginawa ko kasi inisa isa ko yung mga egency araw araw nagpopost sila pinupuntahan ko or tinatawagan ko muna .pero yung mga urgent talaga sila na tumatawag.in 2 weeks naka-apat akong job offer namili lang ako pinagkumpara ko offer kasi mahirap na e..
