Re: DUBAI........
Lalong humihigpit na talaga ang Rules dito sa UAE, it's getting worse especially the treatment on all Expats.
This is the aftermath of Emiratization. They think 'they' can do it by 'themselves'. We'll see what will happen.....next. Those who have patient, desperate and no other choice would rather stay and stick to the rules.
By the way, the Rules above is still to be implemented soon. So better do the processing asap.

Re: DUBAI........
Does this mean you have to rent your own flat and not share it with another family?
This is too much. Especially to those who can't afford.

master edosayla, actually it started na sa abu dhabi. my college friend and his family were forced to find a flat or villa in a month. the baladiyas took his emirates id and kapag hindi sila nakahanap within a month..goodbye to his job. in fact sobrang ganda at laki ng flat nila it is a 3 bedroom hall occupied by two families. I am refering to families in first degree. kahit magkamag anak pa rin ung 2 families na un bawal. it is sad they are making a lot of money out of expats.and you know what is their reason? (CENSUS)kuno. WTH! well sabi nung yaya nung baby nila if sheik zayed is still alive this wont happen. sobrang mahal daw nun ang mga expats.
P.S last 3 days ago lang nangyare ung inspection ng BALADIYA.

Yes master Torvicz ganun na nga. 1 family=1 flat.
I couldnt agree more to them if babaan nila ang rent ng flat. That would be the best way/solution if they want it to be like this. saka sino ba naman ang hindi gusto ng kayo lang ng family mo sa 1 flat di ba? pero babaan dapat ang rent. PERIOD.

pagkalakilaki?! ano yun? Wala akong makitang rason sa ganitong panukala?
Imagine, isang taong sumusweldo ng 3k a month magkakaron ng sariling flat?! This is madness!
Sana maliwanagan yung mga kukote nila...
But then again, pag sinabi nila...sinabi nila.....wala tayong magagawa....

malalaman natin yan sir acen by next couple of months. I am going to sponsor my wife and kid. I'll let you know guys. about sa flat, pinaghandaan ko na yan kasi requirement na talaga nuon pa yan. and dun sa salary ngayon ko lang narinig yan. kasi 4000 dhs lang ang minimum salary kapag husband's visa and nagtanong na din ako sa mga typing centers.10000 dhs naman kapag wife's visa. i mean ung wife should earn a monthly salary of 10000 dhs above to bring here her husband.... and take note her job should be in the eligibility bracket(nurse, accountant, engineer etc.) if not......will be rejected..

True on all dependents(hubby, wife, children, nanny...etc) even in Abu Dhabi (Al Ain) but not sure with the 10Taed mark.

sir torvicz, yung mga bedspacers iba yung sa kanila. they are not required to rent a flat alone. halimbawa bedspacer ako and may 3 akong kasama na bedspacers din. isa samin nakapangalan ung flat. pero sa tenancy contract lahat ng names namin nakalagay dun.kumbaga sharing pa din. ganun din sa DEWA, electricity/telephone. atleast isa samin nakapangalan sa BILLING. kaya just like what ive said before maiiwasan na yung pag business ng flats dito. kasi hindi na pedeng kumuha ang mga tenants(landlords) ng flats tapos papaupa nila na hindi naman sila kasama sa flat. kasi on system malalaman na kung san ka nakatira, then ilan kayo sa flat etc.....
P.S.
Im not sure about this pero narinig ko to sa boss ko local. ung multipiler ng singil sa electricity kapag family mas mababa kaysa sa sharing/bedspacers. kasi nga naman madami sila sa isang flat.

Take note: The RULES as discuss above is for the residence visa under the sponsorship of Individual not a company. Yung mga bed spacers, dapat sila under the sponsorship ng company kung saan sila na employed.
Re: DUBAI........
Ang wife and husband ba considered as family na rin?
Kung wala naman ang mga anak dito?
Or they can share the accommodation sa ibang couple?

Afaik, yes!torvicz wrote:Ang wife and husband ba considered as family na rin?
NO visa of course.torvicz wrote:Kung wala naman ang mga anak dito?
torvicz wrote:Or they can share the accommodation sa ibang couple?
They can, why not. Ang pinag-usapan naman dito is Sponsoring a Residence Visa. If a Couple is sharing sa ibang couples in a Villa or Flat, pwede yan as long as they are sponsored by their respective companies.
Re: DUBAI........
torvicz wrote:And dude daps, ano ba yung "residence visa under the sponsorship of Individual"....please clarify.
Sponsored by Husband, Wife, Father and Mother.
Re: DUBAI........
dude daps when I say a couple, I meant a wife under a husband VISA.
